For the past several years I have asked for your support for several years for my bike ride in the Roe Jan Bike Ramble. This year I am unable to ride in the ramble as I will be in Denver visiting my brother and sister-in-law there. However I am asking you to consider making a donation to the Harlem Valley Rail Association (HVRT) either as an individual donor; in my name through the link below or to one of the other riders in this years Ramble, September 22nd. I really have appreciated your previous support.
All of the donations made to the HVRT through the Ramble are kept for the further development of the rail trail in the Towns of Copake, Ancram and Hillsdale. This coming year construction for section between Boston Corners and Millerton will begin and the final design for the crossing of Route 22 will be done.
As you probably know I am a frequent rider on the rail trail. At least once every year I ride the entire trail from Copake Falls to the Wassic Train Station and back.
Thank you for helping make this dream a reality!
