On September 30, 2017 I'm riding to help the Whitingham-Halifax Lions serve their community in a significant way.
The event is intended to fight hunger in southern Vermont. Every December the Lions team up with the local Rotary Club to fill the cupboards of people in the Deerfield Valley of Southern Vermont with nutritious food and staples. For the last three years HLBT has also generated funds to support the Wilmington, Vermont Food Bank.
Hunger exists in Vermont and your contribution can make a difference. Thanks so much for your support. I appreciate it and so do a large number of folks in Vermont!

Hungry Lion Bike Tour
A benefit ride for the Hunger Relief Program that is spearheaded by the Whitingham-Halifax Lions. There will be 10,35, 55 and 75 mile tours. Participants are encouraged to solicit sponsorships and prizes will be awarded. Those who raise a modest amount are awarded a custom pro cycling jersey. Visit www.hungrylionbiketour.com for details.
