Ten years ago we were expecting to take part in our first Buddy Walk with Henry. Then he ended up in the hospital, and we realized we'd miss it.
"Next year," we promised and expected.
And we walked, without him. We in his memory and honor in 2008. We've participated in some way every year since. Ten years.
Ten years of love for our little buddy. Ten years gratitude for the Down Syndrome Resource Group of Western Mass who supported us and gave us hope throughout Henry's life.
And so we walk again on September 30 in support of the Down Syndrome Resource Group of Western Mass and the National Down Syndrome Society. We would appreciate your support.

The Down Syndrome Resource Group of Western Massachusetts was started in September 1999 by parents who had a common interest in sharing information and resources in caring for their children. The group provides information about family support, resources, parent training, and social opportunities.
