Thanks for visiting my Fit For a Cure 5K Run/Walk fundraising page! On September 24th Phil and I will be running (um...more like walking!) a 5K in Tilton to benefit LRGHealthcare Breast Health Initiatives to help breast cancer patients. Unfortunately, cancer has hit our family hard. We first lost Phil's father, Charlie, in 2012. Then followed by my father, Bob, 2014, and my sister, Lynne, 2016. Presently, Phil's sister, Michelle, is battling stage 4 breast cancer and is currently undergoing chemothearpy treatments. As well as my Godmother Josephine Picone. I know each and everyone of you have been touched by this horrible disease in one way or another.
So much progress has been made and so much progress still needs to be made. Any knd of donation you can make to this cause will continue to help find a CURE for this devastaing disease.

Fit For A Cure 5K Run/Walk
Tanger Outlets is proud to sponsor its 9th annual Fit For Families 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, September 24, 2017. We're bringing our community together this Fall to promote and encourage a healthy, happy lifestyle and fight cancer. Proceeds benefit LRGH breast health initiatives.
This is a timed, 5K (3.1 mile) event that will take place at Tanger Outlets. The first 1000 registered participants will receive a commemorative Under Armour race t-shirt (Value $25) and all finishers receive a medal. Awards will be given to the top three overall finishers as well as the top runners for males and females in each age category.
