If you know me well, you probably know that I am a passionate rower and loyal member of Hamp Crew. I’ve been flying through life backwards for years now and have been a part of helping this organization to become a leader in the sport of rowing and an outlet for people of all ages and abilities. Please help Northampton Community Rowing (aka Hamp Crew) to Get more people out on the Connecticut River by donating to this important annual fund drive.

NCR Ergathon 2018
2018 marks the 20th anniversary of the Northampton Community Rowing Ergathon!
All funds rasied by the NCR Ergathon directly support the programs we offer for both youth and adults. We are committed, as a non-profit community organization, to making sure everyone is exposed to rowing regardless of economic status.

Northampton Community Rowing is a non-profit community organization that is dedicated to exposing youth and adults to the sport of rowing.
We offer year round programs for youth and adults to experience recreational as well as competitive rowing.
Our mission:
WE STRIVE TO ACHIEVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Develop sportsmanship, fitness, rowing skills, teamwork, friendship, cooperation and enjoyment for young people and adults through safe and challenging rowing activities
- Enable and promote athletic and personal achievement for adult and youth rowers as team members and individuals
- Develop the leadership skills of young people and adults, and the organizational capacity to endure and thrive
- Promote stewardship of the Connecticut River as a recreational and environmental resource
- Encourage the development of facilities, river access, and programs that benefit community rowing activities
