You know I love to row and you might also know I've spent several years helping my club grow, most motably into the boat storage building we now use as a boathouse on the City of Northampton's new Connecticut River Greenway park. We've suffered some ups and downs in this growth period and really need financial support to continue to be able to offer programs to all. We've lost a really important piece of docking leading out to the river and have to find a way to rebuild so our youth and adult rowers can get to the water safely.

NCR Ergathon 2018
2018 marks the 20th anniversary of the Northampton Community Rowing Ergathon!
All funds rasied by the NCR Ergathon directly support the programs we offer for both youth and adults. We are committed, as a non-profit community organization, to making sure everyone is exposed to rowing regardless of economic status.

Northampton Community Rowing is a non-profit community organization that is dedicated to exposing youth and adults to the sport of rowing.
We offer year round programs for youth and adults to experience recreational as well as competitive rowing.
Our mission:
WE STRIVE TO ACHIEVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Develop sportsmanship, fitness, rowing skills, teamwork, friendship, cooperation and enjoyment for young people and adults through safe and challenging rowing activities
- Enable and promote athletic and personal achievement for adult and youth rowers as team members and individuals
- Develop the leadership skills of young people and adults, and the organizational capacity to endure and thrive
- Promote stewardship of the Connecticut River as a recreational and environmental resource
- Encourage the development of facilities, river access, and programs that benefit community rowing activities
