Dear Family,
Please help me donate to this organization. The Friends of Aine Organization was started because Aine sadly passed away at age 8 and her sister wanted to start this company to donate to a berevement center for families. This is my second year doing the triathalon. The tirathalon represents the things Aine loved to do over the summer, running, swimmming and biking. I loved it last year because of the swimming. I love to get wet and it cools me off, especially in the hot summers. I can't wait to do the triathalon and I hope these donations can help familes after a loss.
Love,
Jack

At Friends of Aine, our mission is to help children and families grieving a death navigate their path to a hopeful future. Guided by our SEA of Hope frame, we suport, educate, and advocate. We host peer-to-peer support groups for grieving children and their families at our Center, and provide educational resources to schools so that staff have the resources to speak about grief with their students. Friends of Aine advocates for recognition of child bereavement as a mental health crisis. All of our services are free to families, thanks to the generousity of our compassionate communities. Through activity-based discussion, childen learn how to express their complex grief emotions as well as coping strategies they can take with them anywhere they go.Together, we will ensure that no child grieves alone.
