Thanks for visiting my Hungry Lion Bike Tour fundraising page. On September 29, 2018 I will be riding my bicycle in the Green Mountains of Vermont and Berkshires of Massachusetts. I will be helping the Whitingham-Halifax Lions serve their community in a significant way. Every December the Lions team up with the local Rotary Club to hand deliver and fill the cupboards for hundreds of people in the Deerfield Valley of Southern Vermont with nutritious food staples.
My good friend and father figure Alan Stewart asked me 4 years ago if I would ride to support his cause. I have been bringing a team of riders to help Alan and his Whitingham-Halifax Lions ever since. This year has special significance. Alan passed away recently so I will be riding with my team in honor of his memory. Alan was always good at bringing people together and leading them in some way so we are calling ourselves "Alan's Pride". Please consider helping us keep Alan's memory and cause alive.

Hungry Lion Bike Tour
A benefit ride for the Hunger Relief Program that is spearheaded by the Whitingham-Halifax Lions. There will be 10,35, 55 and 75 mile tours. Participants are encouraged to solicit sponsorships and prizes will be awarded. Those who raise a modest amount are awarded a custom pro cycling jersey.
