When I first entered the workforce in 1987 after high school I had my first encounter with a person with epilepsy. My coworker seems normal at the time, but one day he suddenly feel out in the floor. My supervisor knew of his condition and what to do. After the seizure episode was over he went home and I asked my supervisor what I could the next time an episode came on. From then on I felt more comfortable working with him.
Please help support a great cause. The Epilepsy Foundation of Virginia is a great place to start. They can train a buddy at work about first aid and what to say in the event of a seizure. Please help continue such support services by contributing to my goal of $ 250.00.
