On December 14, 2012 I experienced both the worst and the best in humanity. The memories of that day will be forever etched in my consciousness like an unresectable brain tumor. The horror of gun violence that so many experienced is inexplicable, and despite all that has been attempted to reduce gun violence, it continues to accelerate in the United States. Since childhood, riding has been the ultimate escape and continues to be part of me. To combine the remembrance of Sandy Hook, the cause to reduce gun violence, with riding is the ultimate union.
This year we will be riding from Sandy Hook to Squirrel Hill stopping in Peekskill, Morristown, Trenton, Philadelphia, the University of Delaware, Baltimore, Gettysburg, and many other small towns to spread our message of Peace, Love & Hope. Our goal is open dialogue, regardless of opinion or background, to reduce gun violence.
This bike journey is over 600miles. To prepare for this, our dedicated team commits a huge amount of time and money. It requires support vehicles to travel with us, hotels, rally venues, permits, meals, police escorts for security and much more. If all of this prevents even one gun death, it will be worth it. Please consider a small donation of support.
Thank you.

Sandy Hook Ride on Washington
THE WE ARE ONE RIDE
Team 26 will ride from Newtown to Pittsburgh.
We will leave Newtown on April 26th and arrive in Pittsburgh on May 2nd with stops in Peekskill, Morristown, Trenton, Philadelphia, the University of Delaware, Baltimore, Gettysburg, and many small towns.
Our message remains the same:
Peace, Hope, Love.
To reduce gun violence, we must all come together as one Nation to stomp out hate.
So, we'll ride to Pittsburgh uniting Newtown with Squirrel Hill and all communities in between.
We will ride with Charlestown, Christchurch, Sutherland Springs, and Oak Creek in our hearts.
An attack on one faith is an attack on all faiths.
