I am going to do this charity cycle ride from Seattle to Portland in October to help two charities, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and the SIOR Foundation.

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-limiting genetic condition affecting more than 10,000 people across the UK. It affects the lungs and digestive system and can cause chronic infections and reduced lung function. SIORide Seattle to Portland
This is a two-day event in which bicycle riders can participate by riding and fundraising to benefit The SIOR Foundation. The ride will start in Seattle, WA on Monday, October 14th, 2019 and arrive in Portland OR late in the day on October 15th. Just in time to participate in SIOR FWC 2019.
