Welcome to my Northeast Delta Dental Race To The Top Of Vermont fundraising page! This is my second year hiking to raise money for EverybodyWins! Vermont.
Please support literacy in Vermont and help any child that would like a mentor to have one! We operate in 22 schools in Vermont and New Hampshire and support over 600 reading pairs. Please help us raise money to continue to provide mentor relationships to the youth in our communities.
Any amount helps, and no amount is too small. Please give generously!
2019 Northeast Delta Dental Race To The Top Of Vermont
Every August the Northeast Delta Dental Race To The Top Of Vermont draws as many as 800 hikers, bikers, and runners from across the U.S. and Canada to climb Mt. Mansfield, Vermont’s highest peak. The course climbs up the historic Mansfield Toll Road, is 4.3 miles in length, and climbs 2564 ft. For some it’s all about trying to achieve a fast time up this tough 4.3 mile course. For others… they come to test themselves, and to enjoy the spectacular views.
No matter why you came, for everyone the Northeast Delta Dental Race To The Top Of Vermont is about supporting the Catamount Trail Association and all of the good work they do. This event is their largest fundraiser of the year. So, while you’re out there challenging yourself, know that 100% of the money raised at this event goes to support backcountry skiing and riding here in Vermont!
The Catamount Trail is a 300 mile long backcountry ski trail that runs the entire length of Vermont from Massachusetts all the way to Canada. It’s totally free to use and is one of Vermont’s most unique recreational assets. From easy cruising through the woods to exhilarating descents in waist deep powder, there’s something for everyone on the Catamount Trail.
In addition to managing the trail corridor, the Catamount Trail Association also organizes a large selection of backcountry tours, is involved in the conservation and protection of Vermont's mountain lands, and runs a number of youth programs serving well over 1000 kids each season. We want people to embrace winter and all of the great experiences it provides. So, whether you’re just learning how to ski or have been shredding the gnar for years we can help you have more fun!
