The Runaway Pumpkin takes place during NH Pumpkin Festival 2017 and raises funds for the WOW Trail and Greater Lakes Region Children's Auction.
Our 10K & 5K courses offer views of beautiful Lake Opechee with chip timing provided by Milennium Running. Cash prizes for top finishers & "delicious" age-category prizes.

WOW Trail - The Runaway Pumpkin
A community fundraising effort led by the employees of the Laconia Clinic to benefit WOW Trail & Greater Lakes Region Children's Auction.
WOW Trail’s mission is to promote, design, build and maintain a nine
mile recreation path through the City of Laconia as a part of the
regional rail trail network that will one day connect Meredith to
Franklin. WOW Trail is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
The Greater Lakes Region Children's Auction is a 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization that helps community organizations in the Central New
Hampshire region.
