I hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.  Given the economic impact of COVID19, it feels very strange to ask people for money right now.  Please know I appreciate your support whether it is monetary or simply cheering me on.  Now more than ever Calmer Choice needs our help.  We have a local business willing to match up to $10k of what we raise--that means your donation can go twice as far! 

Tis the season for my 3rd year riding for this cause that I am very fond of and treasure to be able to continue to keep this program reaching children to utilize these amazing life tools. This year will be VERY different for many reasons. 

I am riding the 38 mile VIRTUAL Tour de Barnstable Bike Ride to benefit Calmer Choice.  As you may know, Calmer Choice is a universal prevention program committed to teaching young people how to effectively and safely manage stress and resolve conflict so that they live happy, healthy and successful lives. Our goal is to provide skills that will diminish the risk of violence, substance abuse, and other self-destructive behaviors.

Tour de Barnstable is a fun benefit ride for all ages. On Sunday, June 7th 2020 we will enjoy 38 Miles of Cycling & Smiling though all 7 villages of Barnstable, Cape Cod.
