This year I am excited to be riding my third Tour de Barnstable for Calmer Choice. Last year I invested in a new road bike and indoor trainor which allows me to ride indoors during the winter months. As many of you know, cycling became my go-to sport after my full hip replacement in 2015. Riding to raise money for Calmer Choice gives me reason to get up early before work and get the miles in!
I am riding 38 miles to benefit Calmer Choice which is a universal prevention program committed to teaching young people how to effectively and safely manage stress and resolve conflict so that they live happy, healthy and successful lives. Calmer Choice's goal is to provide skills that will diminish the risk of violence, substance abuse, and other self-destructive behaviors.

Tour de Barnstable is a fun benefit ride for all ages. On Sunday, June 7th 2020 we will enjoy 38 Miles of Cycling & Smiling though all 7 villages of Barnstable, Cape Cod.
