Hello friends and family!
I'm so excited to be tackling the VT100 again this summer on foot.....there's no where I'd rather be the third weekend in July, than Silver Hill with the other crazy runners, riders, crews and volunteers!! This event is pure MAGIC for me and my family. We started coming to the VT100 in 2000. I've been so blessed to have ridden and completed the VT100 eight times on horseback and have finished once on my own two feet last year....remembering my favorite VT100 in 2004, when I was four months pregnant with my youngest son, Jase...while riding my most favorite horse ever, Song. Running has empowered me tremedously after my horse accident, giving me strength and courage to reinvent myself. Running soothes my soul and I am forever grateful for what my body can do.....so knowing this is Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sport's biggest fundraising weekend, I'm excited to be raising money for them while fullfilling my running goals and dreams.........EVERYBODY deserves to enjoy the sports they love....
