I recently signed up to ride in 2018 Oregon Gran Fondo.
This event helps support the Portland Chapter of Project Hero in their mission to provide hope, recovery, and resilience to our Nation's Veterans and First Responders. From building and donating adaptive bikes, producing cycling events throughout the nation to supporting community-based rehabilitation and recovery programs and in supporting important medical and clinical research, Project Hero is raising awareness of the national PTSD mental health crisis and making a difference in the lives of thousands of Veterans and First Responders, as well as their families and communities. Many organizations provide services that make Veterans’ lives manageable; Project Hero makes lives more meaningful. Please consider helping me to support Project Hero's efforts to end the stigma around PTSD, TBI and injury! For more information about the life-changing work of Project Hero, visit www.weprojecthero.org.
Together we can help ensure healing heroes have the resources they need to heal mentally, physically and emotionally.
