I took care of my first cancer patient when I was 14 years old. That experience launched me into my nursing career. I have been in oncology nursing as an RN and now APRN for most of my career. I have seen amazing advances in treatment over the past 30 years. I lost my sister MaryLee Krreger to breast cancer. I ride to honor her memory and the many scientists and oncology medical teams who dedicate their work to finding a cure. Thank you so much for helping me ERRACE cancer!
ERRACE 2021~ Everyone Ride/Run Against Cancer Everyday
ERRACE—Everyone Ride/Run Against Cancer Everyday, is a one-day event that will held at the Avon Cancer Center on Saturday, July 13, 2019 and will include a 25, 50, or 100-mile bike ride, 10 mile mountain bike ride and a 5 km run/walk. The beneficiaries are the Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute and the Livestrong Foundation. 2019 marks the 10th Year Anniversary for ERRACE!
The ERRACE organization was created by a group of professionals with common goals. Together we strive to raise the awareness of cancer, raise funds for cancer research and to inspire the community to be active and health conscious.
We bring together our expertise from multiple aspects of business management, healthcare, community work, fund-raising and athletic endeavors. We are excited to share a fun, safe and inspiring event with the community for years to come.
