Hey All,

I've signed up to participate in my friend Ted King’s King Challenge to benefit the Krempels Center in Portsmouth, which is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with traumatic brain injuries. 

This cause is near to me as my father suffered a traumatic brain injury when I was in high school. I know the road these people are on and it requires significant support. Their very sudden and challenging reality is difficult to cope with, so having places like the Krempels Center doing this important work is vital, not just for their recovery, but their families as well.

I’ll be throwing down a fast 60 miles during the October 16th event and would appreciate your support.
