This will be our fourth El Tour de Tucson and Grant and I are so excited to be racing 57 miles for such a worthy organization. Southern Arizona Adaptive Sports (SAAS) does so much for people with disabilities in the Tucson community. Our lives have been transformed by adaptive sports- in fact, that is how Grant and I met at the 2013 Chicago Marathon! The ability to stay active is vital to the health of people with disabilities and yet, the opportunity to access adaptive equipment is rare.

We welcome handcyclists, recumbent trikers, and all cyclists to train and ride with ACT at the 2021 El Tour de Tucson. SAAS's mission is to provide fitness, recreation, and competitive sports opportunities for people with physical disabilities.
