Hey friends!
I’ve been having an incredible time in Boulder and a huge part of that has been the team that I joined this season. My team, Boulder Junior Cycling, is currently holding their annual fundraiser called the Bike-a-Thon. The funds provide a higher level of training to the coaching staff and provide athlete scholarships to low-income families to ensure that no child is prohibited from the sport due to financial reasons. I’m particularly passionate about this fundraiser because of how much the team has given me and invested in me in only a couple of months. It has been truly life-changing and I would love to give back to BJC in any way that I can.
I would be really grateful if you would consider donating a few dollars to the BJC fundraiser. The fundraiser is open now until December 1st. Thank you so so much for the consideration!
Thanks for supporting BJC!
Claire
BJC 2021 Bike-a-thon
Boulder Junior Cycling is excited to announce our 5th annual Bike-a-Thon fundraiser! This is a campaign where kids raise money to support their team while testing their skills and endurance on a fun and challenging course.
Community organizations like BJC play an important role in shaping our youth, teaching life lessons, and improving health. Fundraising campaigns are an essential part of BJC’s work.
The money we raise will help us:
– Award additional scholarships to low-income families
– Provide a higher level of training to further develop our coaching staff
– Expand and diversify our award-winning cycling curriculum
Thank you for helping us get more kids on bikes!
Warmly,
Pete Webber, Executive Director
