Hello friends and family!

I'm back again!  This is my third year attempting the Vermont 100, which will be my first 100 mile race!  The past two years were unfortunately cancelled due to the pandemic, so let's hope the third time is a charm.  You all know I love to run around in the woods for hours on end, so this is a challenge I am excited and privileged to be taking on.

I am also back on the Team 2 Empower, to help raise funds for Vermont Adaptive.  I am so incredibly fortunate to be able to run, bike, and hike in the amazing places I do - and that is a gift I am thankful for every day.  Please help me to support Vermont Adaptive's mission to bring the recreation activities I love so much to people with disabilities.  2020 and 2021 were very hard on charities like Vermont Adaptive - all of the funds I raised in those years have been donated to the program, so I am starting from scratch toward my goal once again this year.  Thank you for your support, generaosity, and for considering a donation!
