Welcome to my fundraising page! I am running in honor of too many friends and family members who have had their lives, dreams, and futures upended by cancer.
In particular, this year I am running for one of my closest friends, who has been living with Stage 4 cancer for the past two years. The toll that cancer takes on one's body, mind, and soul are sobering--but the support and resources that organizations like Cancer Connection offer are invaluable.
I may be running this race, but my dear friend and I are raising these funds together--and asking YOU to help us pay it forward to other folks who need services and support during a time that can be so very uncertain and isolating.
So, please donate, in any amount...All proceeds support Cancer Connection and they offer their services free of charge to make a difference in people's lives.

WMass Mother's Day Half Marathon
The WMass Mother's Day Half Marathon has been supporting Cancer Connection for 11 years! Now that 2020 & 2021 have been brutal to charities, they need our help more than ever. This race is one of extremely FEW that operate on donation. Race expenses are kept to a minimum, yet we try to make the runners' experience top-notch. This race has a vibe of gratitude, appreciation and so much love. Not only are runners happy to run, volunteers are happy to help and cancer-warriors are happy to benefit from the free services provided by Cancer Connection.
It is truly The BEST half in Western Mass! This race makes an impact!
Cancer Connection provides a haven where people with cancer and their loved ones can learn how to navigate the difficulties of cancer through FREE one-to-one guidance, education, peer support, integrative therapies and exercise and creative programs.
