I set my fundraising goal at $1970 because that's the year I graduated from Divine Word College in Epworth, Iowa! A lot has changed in the 50 years that I attended the College, but the essential spirit and goodness of this place have only improved. Thank you for helping me raise money for students who are studying at DWC. Your support means that they can continue their ESL and Undergraduate studies as they discern their call to religious life and prepare for a lifetime of Catholic missionary service.

Divine Word College Cycle Challenge
The first-ever Divine Word College Cycle Challenge allows YOU to support DWC students who are studying for a lifetime of Catholic missionary service. Many of the students at this intercultural college have limited financial means but no one who is seriously considering religious life is turned away. All fundraising for the event will benefit the education of the students at Divine Word College Seminary in Epworth, Iowa.

Students from around the world come to the small town of Epworth, Iowa to study at Divine Word College—the only Roman Catholic seminary in the U.S. dedicated to educating men and women for missionary service.
Although Divine Word is the smallest college in Iowa, it plays an important role in the largest international missionary order of men in the Catholic Church, the Society of the Divine Word (Societas Verbi Divini or SVD).
