Hello Friends and Family,

This weekend I’m riding in my 12th consecutive King Challenge, a 60 mile charity bike ride which benefits the Krempels Center of Portsmouth NH and the wonderful work they do helping people living with brain injury from trauma or stroke. The King Challenge bike ride is their largest annual fundraiser and as a group we’ve ridden more than 660 miles for brain injury survivors and raised more than $1m since the first King Challenge in 2010. That’s about $1500 per mile how cool is that!

All donations have had a direct impact on the lives of people living with a traumatic brain injury which is even cooler!!

This year I will ride in memory of our dear family friend Andrew Gagnon who died in a tragic accident on February 3rd 2022 skiing at Solitude Mtn in Utah. Andrew leaves behind a wife and three children who all live in Salt Lake City UT and they’re in our hearts every day.

My personal fundraising goal for 2022 is $2,000.00. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your continued support. Please click on the following link to donate to my fundraising effort.

If you would like to keep reading, I decided to take a few minutes this morning to reflect and give you a quick update on what's been going on in our life.

Currently I’m on a flight home from the sunshine state where Sue and I just celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary.

It's been another exciting year for our household both personally and professionally. It's been magical every day watching Natalie evolve from a toddler to a beautiful little girl with the most wonderful personality. Hopefully by this time next year she is out of diapers and has learned how to stop on skis.

Cadence is now 8 and just started third grade. She amazes us every day with all her wonderful talents, kind heart, growing independence, and being a leader in her classroom at school. She is SO much more than we could have dreamed of in an oldest child and big sister. As the winter approaches and she enters her 2nd season of ski racing we're excited to watch her race and continue to grow.

Sue continues to grow her personal fitness business and just started a new position as a coach at Orangetheory Fitness. She’s excited to start something new and the three of us could not be more proud of Mom in her pursuit to help other people reach their fitness goals. She also got a new bike this year so keep an eye out for her showing up on all the local Strava segment boards.

And for me, well it's been another great year and I have so much to be grateful for. I'm blessed with a beautiful wife, two beautiful daughters, a loving family, good health and fitness, a great career and supporting coworkers, a growing network of friends and customers, and a growing bike collection ??. Thanks for reading now go outside and play!

Cheers,

Damon
