Hello friends and family!

As many of you know, I enjoy going for long runs and I especially love those long runs to be in the woods and through the mountains.  My running started many years ago with a goal of simply completing 5 miles and over time that goal increased to 13 miles then 26.2 miles then to 31 then to 50 miles, and then mostly recently to 62 miles. Now working toward the goal of running/walking/hiking 100 miles in 24 hours through the woods and mountains of Vermont.

Many of you are wondering why does he want to run that far? The most honest answer is that it makes me happy.  But it also pushes me to be better.  It shows me that I can do more. And this is why I am excited to run Vermont 100 and support its charity partner Vermont Adaptive; because everyone should have the opportunity to do something that brings them happiness and pushes them further.

Please consider supporting this great organization and more importantly the athletes they provide opportunities for.
