Miracle Tour 2020: Virtual Ride Helping Local Kids at Your CMN Hospital, CHRISTUS Shreveport-Bossier
Miracle Tour is a cycling event supporting local children in East Texas and North Louisiana served by Children's Miracle Network Hospital programs at CHRISTUS Shreveport-Bossier Health System. Although we can't hold our traditional, large-scale event this year, Miracle Tour 4 is going virtual as support for the health and wellness of our kids is as important as ever! We're excited to challenge our community of cyclists - from casual family riders to seasoned metric century cyclists and everyone in between - to get out and get healthy while participatign in our virtual Miracle Tour throughout the month of October.
Each year, thanks to the generosity of our cyclists, our sponsors, and our community, the amount we've been able to raise to help local children has grown, and we know we can do it again in 2020. Especially in these times, the needs of the kids we serve have never been more important! Thank you for participating!
At CHRISTUS Health Shreveport Bossier, the region's only Children's Miracle Network Hospital, raising healthy kids is more than just what happens inside the hospital. It's about meeting kids in our community where they live. It's outpatient, in school and on-the-field care, for all ages, infants to young adults. From the tiniest miracle babies through the teen years, our programs help families manage children's wellness everyday so that they are healthier, miss less school, and have fewer serious health care issues.
