I'm really excited to be participating in the Point to Point for a second year in a row. Last year, I rode for 25 miles and raised $150. This year, I'm going to ride 60 miles and raise at least $150. As someone who dealt with food insecurity as a child and the impact that had on my life in so many ways - this cause is one that is near and dear to my heart. Let's do our part to help fight hunger and food insecurity.
Welcome to my fundraising page! Each year, as many as 153,000 Vermonters don’t know where their next meal is coming from. On Saturday, September 23, I’m participating in the Point to Point, to support the Vermont Foodbank and help end hunger in Vermont. With your help, we can raise $150,000 this year and provide over 250,000 meals to Vermonters in need. Every dollar counts—just $10 provides over 15 meals
The Point to Point
The Point to Point, powered by VSECU, is an annual event that raises money for the Vermont Foodbank. Help us end hunger in Vermont by registering or donating today! Join us at the State House Lawn in Montpelier on Saturday, September 23. There will be music, local food trucks, games, and fun for the entire family. Together, we can provide over 172,500 meals for our neighbors in need.
Each year, as many as 153,000 Vermonters are in need of emergency food assistance. As part of our mission to improve Vermonters’ quality of life, VSECU has been involved in the annual Point to Point fundraiser for the Vermont Foodbank for many years, before adopting the event in 2018. All told, the Point to Point has raised over $2 million in the effort to ensure that no one in Vermont goes hungry.
