On November 12, 2023, I'll be running my first marathon! I have wanted to do this since I was 16 years old! The goal of us to run it when I was exactly 26.2 years old, some terrible knee injuries prevented that. It's never too late though to achieve your dreams! So on that note here I go, pushing through, training hard and ready and raring to go!

All proceeds of the race will benefit Veterans Count, the philanthropic arm of Easterseals Military & Veterans Services (MVS), which provides financial assistance for services for service members, veterans and their families when no other resource is available.
Over the past 16 years, MVS, with financial support from Veterans Count, has served more than 17,500 individuals suicide risk, unemployment, homelessness, substance misuse, legal concerns, and mental health issues. MVS supports families through a Care Coordination model and provides financial assistance for food, utilities, housing, transportation, fuel, and vehicle repair, and more!
