At the start of the summer, I set a goal for myself to achieve a 100-mile bike ride before the end of the summer. To make it a meaningful ride, I've chosen to reach that goal as part of Point-to-Point, where I plan to join many others on a 110-mile ride to support the Vermont Foodbank and help end hunger in Vermont. This is especially important this year after the floods that ravaged the state. Please help me reach my goal of raising $250 as we join others in fighting against hunger in Vermont!
The Point to Point
The Point to Point, powered by VSECU, is an annual event that raises money for the Vermont Foodbank. Help us end hunger in Vermont by registering or donating today! Join us at the State House Lawn in Montpelier on Saturday, September 23. There will be music, local food trucks, games, and fun for the entire family. Together, we can provide over 172,500 meals for our neighbors in need.
Each year, as many as 153,000 Vermonters are in need of emergency food assistance. As part of our mission to improve Vermonters’ quality of life, VSECU has been involved in the annual Point to Point fundraiser for the Vermont Foodbank for many years, before adopting the event in 2018. All told, the Point to Point has raised over $2 million in the effort to ensure that no one in Vermont goes hungry.
