Hello, friends, and welcome to my fundraising page! With grocery store prices continuing to up up, like many Americans, there are thousands of Vermonters who don’t know where their next meal is coming from. With the devastating floods in Vermont that occurred recently, many have seen their homes and businesses simply swept away by the flood waters.
On Saturday, September 23, I’m participating in Point to Point, to support the Vermont Foodbank. I've personally made contributions to the Vermont Foodbank for several years, and know them to be a reputable charity. I'd greatly appreciate any donation thru this fundraising page that you can spare. Every dollar counts—just $10 provides over 15 meals. Please give what you can. Blessings to you all, Bob
The Point to Point
The Point to Point, powered by VSECU, is an annual event that raises money for the Vermont Foodbank. Help us end hunger in Vermont by registering or donating today! Join us at the State House Lawn in Montpelier on Saturday, September 23. There will be music, local food trucks, games, and fun for the entire family. Together, we can provide over 172,500 meals for our neighbors in need.
Each year, as many as 153,000 Vermonters are in need of emergency food assistance. As part of our mission to improve Vermonters’ quality of life, VSECU has been involved in the annual Point to Point fundraiser for the Vermont Foodbank for many years, before adopting the event in 2018. All told, the Point to Point has raised over $2 million in the effort to ensure that no one in Vermont goes hungry.
