Hello friends and family!

Competing in the VT 100 is a challenge that I look forward to meeting this summer. I've registered for this race, 5 years now. Something keep coming up, between getting cancelled a few times, Covid vaccinations, I have not been able to even try and compete in it. No stopping me this year~ I've been busy training, spent hours training for this, and I'll keep training. This event is something that I have been passionate about racing in for years and at least once in my life. I grew up in Brownsville Vt, where the race starts and ends. I suffered from having severe seizures for 12 years of my life. After a brain surgery and full hysterectomy I'm sold, no more seizures for 7 years. Like myself I suffered with a disability for a long time. I admire the Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports which provides sports and recreational programs as well as wellness and environmental retreats to people with disabilities. Their programs are offered to people of all ages, with a variety of disabilities. Programs include skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and Nordic in the winter; and sailing, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, cycling, rock climbing, horseback riding, and more in the warmer months.  Vermont Adaptive offers financial support for anyone who needs it to participate.

Please consider donating what you can to help me reach my goal and help Vermont Adaptive meet their goal too!
Thank you!
