Thanks for visiting my 2025 Craft White Mountains Triathlon fundraising page!
I turned 40 in March! To acknowledge this milestone, I plan to complete this Olympic distance triathlon on June 21st. I aim for this decade to be one where I think and feel my best, and I’ve realized through the last few years that movement plays a really big role in that for me.
.9 mile swim, 40k bike, 10k run, all in the mountains of New Hampshire. I’ve done this race distance once before though it was in my twenties, without a toddler in my life, and on much flatter ground. It’ll be a fun challenge! What is great is that the triathlon this year is supporting Adaptive Sports Partners of the North Country.
Adventure and nature are two of the most nourishing things out there. Everyone deserves to experience the thrill and joy of the outdoors, and inclusion matters - regardless of how we move, how our mind ticks, or how we express our feelings. I want to live in a world where we all have a chance to nourish our souls and tap into the strength of our own bodies. Adaptive Sports Partners is a non-profit organization with a mission to empower individuals with disabilities, in the North Country of New Hampshire and Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, by building community, confidence, and skills, through sport, recreation, and adventure. Their vision is to build a community where everyone can experience and excel at sport, recreation, and adventure. Adaptive Sports Partners is for athletes of all disabilities; physical, developmental, emotional, and behavioral disabilities. Our athletes have diverse needs – some may require adaptive equipment, some specialized instruction, and some both.
