The MAN VAN® program, established in 2009, is Canada’s first—and Alberta’s only—mobile men’s health clinic. It offers free PSA (prostate-specific antigen) blood testing to detect early signs of prostate cancer in men aged 40 to 70 in Alberta, with no appointment necessary.
The MAN VAN® program is an innovative and vital initiative that has significantly impacted men’s health in Alberta. It stands as a testament to the importance of accessible and affordable healthcare services for everyone.
Our team is made up of Prostate Cancer Survivors, Prostate Cancer Centre Employees and Friends of Cap'n Don. Our common goal is to raise money to support The MAN VAN by Prostate Cancer Centre and to make everyone aware that early detection saves lives. It saved Don's and it could save yours.

Festivus of Gravel

The Prostate Cancer Centre (PCC), in partnership with the Southern Alberta Institute of Urology, is a charitable organization and world-class medical centre dedicated to the fight against prostate cancer. For more than 20 years, we’ve been advocating for equitable access to healthcare for all men across Alberta.
