Welcome to my fundraising page for the Spin for Special OPS charity bike ride. I will be riding my bike along with others in the event on May 24, 2025 to help support Operation One Voice, which provides support to wounded or fallen Special Operations Forces Soldiers and their families.
As in the past, I am trying to raise money so a Spec Ops Vet can receive Stem Cell or MeRT treatments for PTSD and other related disabilities. The Vet we supported last year, "V", is doing much better! His headaches are very infrequent, he's back to exercising, his family situation has improved immensely as he no longer feels isolated. Plus he feels more open to express his feelings which is very important to know in case any followup treatment is necessary. What was a bonus for helping "V" is the doctor who performed the treatment treated another Vet for free!
This year, Operation One Voice has identified 2 Spec Ops candidates for MeRT Therapy but, as of now, they are being vetted by Tricare. MeRT is "Magnetic e-Resonance Therapy". It starts with an EEG that maps out brain waves for the front, middle & rear lobes of the brain to detect any abnormalities and develop a personalized protocol to restore the brain to a more normal state off optimization. This consists of 30 treatments where each treatment takes approximately 45 min. After each 10th treatment they will perform another EEG to check for impovements in brain function and also determine if they need to make any adjustments to further Sonal Sessions.
MeRT Therapy has been used to not only treat Vets with PTSD but also depression, sleep deprivation, substance abuse, ADHD, stroke, etc. MeRT has yet to be approved by the CDC but has been performed for several years. That's why we have to rely right now on private funding. The cost for for 4 EEGs and 30 treatments is $7,500 for a benevolent sponsored patient.
We have already received anonymous donations totalling $8500! So, we already have one of the candidates ready to go upon finalizing the vetting process! I'd like to see if we can help both of them! That's why I'm asking for your support.
These Vets have given so much to protect our freedoms that we enjoy.

Spin For Special OPS
Operation One Voice (O1V) will be hosting the 4th annual Spin for Special OPS (SFSO) charity bike ride on Sat, May 24, 2025. Proceeds from this event will benefit O1V & the O1V Bike Rehabilitation Program for wounded Special Operations Forces. The ride will begin at the Budweiser Plant in Cartersville, GA with options for 30, 63, and 100 mile routes across beautiful rolling countryside.
Operation One Voice (O1V) is a volunteer-based organization that provides support to wounded or fallen Special Operations Forces and their families. Over 97% of each dollar raised goes directly to a solider or their family.
