On June 14th a group of us will be pedaling our way through the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts to raise money for ‘Bikes Fight Cancer’. 100% of all raised funds will support cancer care services to patients and families as well as funding hospitals focused on cancer research. Last year the BFC Ride raised $170,000.
As some of you know, May 4th our dear friend Ann Marie Picard lost her battle with Pancreatic cancer. As friends for over 40 years, we are devastated. Ann Marie was a wonderful wife and mom, an amazing cook, a career art teacher and world traveler. She is sorely missed.

Bikes Fight Cancer Charity Ride, Powered by Valley Solar is an exciting FUNdraising bike ride in Western Mass, where every pedal contributes to funding organizations providing cancer care and services. Choose your ride with 25-mile and 50-mile routes traversing the picturesque Pioneer Valley and along the Connecticut River. The 50-mile ride promises an extra thrill with rewarding views for riders. After the ride, enjoy post-event activities like a kids trail ride, awesome food trucks, and, of course, enjoy Tree House's exceptional beer. This is an unmissable event!

Bikes Fight Cancer Inc. is a Western Massachusetts 501(c)(3) that uses its love of bikes to lessen the burden of a cancer diagnosis for patients, families, and caregivers. Through athletic events like the Bikes Fight Cancer Charity Ride and the Bikes Fight Cancer PMC Team, we aim to empower a community to participate, donate, and fundraise in the fight against cancer.
