I signed up for the Tour de Creme in Mattapoisett, which is a 25 mile bike race on June 1st. This will be my first ever bike race and I usually am not a road bike type of girl. Having a free ice cream cone at the end of it helps give me incentive to push past my road riding fear. I usually ride a spin bike at my local YMCA or my bike in the woods or on trails. I can do 16 miles/hour, so I'm sure 25 miles is not going to kill me. I'm also trying to do my part to support more outdoor opportunities in Mattapoisett. I hope you will support my ride.
Thank you.
