We need you now to stem the tide of an illness we can treat. Ask me how. I enjoy talking to patients and families in a personal setting hopefully deconstructing ingrained thinking that prevents us rom accessing care and making care a success.
Success doesn't come easy, these are hard won battles against a formidable foe. There is a great deal of hope for a joyous meaningful life, hard won with constant failures and successes. We can make it, let me tell you how from my perspective. I would be glad to speak with you as we have opportunity.
I am passionate about supporting those that deliver care. I know as a cadre of eminent professionals, struggling to lessen the burden of disease. Tirelessly bringing honest hope and aligning body mind and soul with each of us as we climb back to the best we can be.
Cheers to those who have the means to support healing and life for us all.
Sincerely yours,
Zach

The Ride for Mental Health 2025
The Ride for Mental Health is one of the first rides in the country to benefit mental health. The proceeds raised will be donated to McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, for the education, research, and treatment of mental illness including anxiety, borderline personality disorder, depression, eating disorders and substance abuse. Our mission is to raise funds for McLean so that we can help accelerate the progress being made to help others who suffer from mental illness.
We also hope to end the stigma surrounding mental illness through education and awareness. The promotion of this ride is a start. Many if not most of us are touched by close friends and relatives who have suffered from one type or another of mental illness.
