Hey everyone Steve Hall and I are riding in the 2026 Police Unity tour. Its 230 miles from Richmond VA to the Police Memorial in DC to help raise money for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial. If you could donate we would appreciate it. Also when the weather gets better we will be out doing training rides so let me know if you want to join us, you can reach me by email at [email protected]
Each year riders pick a fallen Officer to ride for. This year I chose to ride in honor of Sergeant Caleb Eisworth of the Baton Rouge LA Police Department. Sgt. Eisworth succumbed to injuries he received in a motorcycle crash when he was intentionally struck on June 16, 2025.
At 11:00 a.m., Sergeant Eisworth was traveling on Joor Road en route to a funeral procession when a truck rammed into him at a high rate of speed. After being struck, he was knocked off his motorcycle and dragged underneath the vehicle for several hundred feet.
Sergeant Eisworth was transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on August 10, 2025.
