Another year, another race, same great cause!
This race is near and dear to me, not only because I direct it - but because I see and KNOW the value it brings to Cancer Connection in being able to help so many people in our community. This race, in my eyes, IS the definition of Community.
As a breast cancer survivor, I know that cancer has no favorites and no one is 'off limits' from this horrible disease.
As always, I will run the course the week of Mother's Day! I am way too busy handing out medals and cheering people on on Mother's Day to participate in the actual run that day.
I am dedicating this year's race and fundraising efforts to my mom who is currently fighting the fight. Please help me make a huge impact in her honor! No donation is too small and Every donation is greatly appreciated!

WMass Mother's Day Half Marathon
The WMass Mother's Day Half Marathon has been supporting Cancer Connection for 15 years - And every year our fundraising gets better and better! Help us continue this trend for 16th year in a row!
This race is one of extremely FEW that operate on donation. Race expenses are kept to a minimum, yet we try to make the runners' experience top-notch. This race has a vibe of gratitude, appreciation and so much love. Not only are runners happy to run, volunteers are happy to help and cancer-warriors are happy to benefit from the free services provided by Cancer Connection.
It is truly The BEST half in Western Mass! This race makes an impact!
