Hi All!
Firstly, Thank you for clicking on my fundraising page.
I began a routine of keeping myself physically active at a young age, engaging in hockey and BMX Racing before I turned 12. I then went on to play 3 highschool sports and college soccer.
My Mother passed in the summer of 2024 after a lifelong battle with CHD at the age of 58 years old. Only 2 months later, her mother (My grandmother) joined her in heaven after complications on the road to recover from her own battle with cancer.
Losing the two most influential and loving women in my life caused me to turn to a new phase of physical fitness- running. I began running to clear my head and to stay in shape as going to the gym just didnt feel the same anymore. I found a love of running, and the feeling of freedom it gives you. I believe this is a core value to heart health and longevity.
I learned from those long stays in the hospital that there are an uncountable number of people in our country that suffer from conditions that are out of their control and power. There is something special to be found in giving, and in helping others when they may not be able to help themselves.
Please help me reach my goal and support this cause.
No donation is too small! Thank you for supporting me!
