WellStrong is a peer-led recovery wellness center supporting individuals in recovery from substance use disorder. We provide a welcoming, safe space where people can build connection, confidence, and the skills needed for long-term recovery and wellness.
Our programs are rooted in evidence-based, peer-delivered support, including Peer Mentorship, Peer Wellness Coaching, and Peer Support Navigation. Led by trained professionals with lived experience, these services reduce isolation and help participants build recovery capital-the personal and community resources that sustain recovery.
In addition to one-on-one support, WellStrong offers free classes, recovery meetings, and wellness programming focused on physical health, emotional resilience, and life skills. Through strong community partnerships and expanded locations, WellStrong reaches individuals across the region who may otherwise lack access to care. Every day, we create a safe, inclusive environment where people are empowered to heal, grow, and thrive.
