As the days stay long and the warm weather rolls on, I'm gearing up for the Second Summer Cycle- a charity ride dedicated to supporting We Can.
WE CAN's mission to empower women to THRIVE and support them as they build pathways to stability and self-sufficiency. For 25 years, WE CAN has supported women on Cape Cod who are navigating life transitions including job loss and career development; divorce or loss of a spouse, legal and immigration issues; debt and financial stability; and other personal growth opportunities.
I committed to riding 60 miles and I need your help to reach my goal of $500.
Your donation to my ride will ensure that WE CAN continues to offer free and confidential services, including legal consultation, career support, financial empowerment, business support, mentoring and personal development programs.
WE CAN's services are needed now more than ever. The organization 's work has profound impact right here on Cape Cod . Every single dollar goes directly to the organization's continuum of care, empowering those facing difficult challenges to build resilience and hope.

WE CAN - Second Summer Cycle
Overview
The Second Summer Cycle is the perfect event for riders of all levels, offering a picturesque journey through 8 historic Cape Cod towns and a strong committment to rider safety. Four distances are being offered, 15, 30, 60, and 100 miles. The start and finish is at beautiful Smugglers Beach in South Yarmouth where there will be a Finish Line Celebration from 12PM-4PM, including local beer, food trucks and live music.
Beneficiaries
19 Local non profits will benefit from the monies generated by the riders, each of whom is asked to raise at least $250 for their non-profit of choice, or to be disseminated across all participating charities, in addition to the registration fee.
