This is my first year walking for the Tour de Palm Springs, which benefits 150 different non- profits, and you know why this non- profit (SW) is important to me. I have just recently been added as an ambassador on the Shayswarriors.org home page. Every dollar helps with the fight against cancer, and for those of us whom will fight and lucky enough to keep doing so, learn how to navigate the questions after, and life after cancer.Thats what no one tells you, and thats when you heal.

Annual charity cycling event in downtown Palm Springs
The Tour de Palm Springs is one of the largest and most festive cycling charity events of its kind in America. Every year, we entertain up to 8,000 cyclists from 46 different states and 4 countries. Since 1998, and with the help of 1,500 volunteers, the Tour de Palm Springs has raised nearly $5,000,000 for over 150 local nonprofit organizations.
Fundraising through the Tour de Palm Springs directly supports and strengthens our local charities, helping them grow and continue making a positive impact throughout the Coachella Valley.
