For the fourth year, I’m riding in the Second Summer Cycle to raise money for Love Live Local.
As a Cape Cod small business owner, I know firsthand both the rewards and the challenges of running a business here. Over the years, I’ve seen how important our locally owned businesses are to the character of our community, the people who live and work here, and the strength of our local economy.
Love Live Local works every day to advocate for, promote, and support Cape Cod’s small businesses. Their work helps ensure that independent businesses like The West End, and hundreds of others across the Cape, have a strong voice and the resources and support they need to thrive.
That’s why I’m proud to get back on my bike for another year and support this organization and its mission.
Every dollar I raise goes directly to Love Live Local and helps strengthen Cape Cod’s local economy. Thank you for supporting my ride and, in turn, supporting the small businesses that make Cape Cod such a special place.
Love Live Local - Second Summer Cycle
Overview
The Second Summer Cycle is the perfect event for riders of all levels, offering a picturesque journey through 8 historic Cape Cod towns and a strong committment to rider safety. Four distances are being offered, 15, 30, 60, and 100 miles. The start and finish is at beautiful Smugglers Beach in South Yarmouth where there will be a Finish Line Celebration from 12PM-4PM, including local beer, food trucks and live music.
Beneficiaries
18 Local non profits will benefit from the monies generated by the riders, each of whom is asked to raise at least $250 for their non-profit of choice, or to be disseminated across all participating charities, in addition to the registration fee.
