Welcome to my  Events for  Good - Breakthrough T1D ODRAM fundraising page!  

I was diagnosed in 2018, at 10 years of age with Type 1 diabetes. Riding and racing both road and gravel has played a large part of managing my blood glucose levels. While I have T1 diabetes it does not define who I am. It is my hope and dream to be able to race and work with a professional cycling team. Next year I will be attending Marian University where I will be majoring in kinesiology with a sports science emphasis to pursue my dream. 
I have ridden the past 2 years in the ODRAM along with my dad. We would love to have you come alongside as we try to make a difference in the Type1 community. By donating through this page you too can make a difference in the lives around you.

I’m taking part in the 2026 ODRAM, along with hundreds of riders from around the world, to raise money for Breakthrough T1D, the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. 

Did you know T1D:

- Strikes both children and adults suddenly and is unrelated to diet and lifestyle. 

- Occurs when the body’s immune system attacks and destroys the insulin-producing beta cells in the pancreas. Insulin is essential to turning food into energy. 

 - Requires constant carbohydrate counting, blood-glucose testing, and lifelong dependence on injected insulin.

JDRF is working every day to change this. And every dollar I raise helps them continue to bring life-changing therapies from the lab to the community until a cure is found.

Be a part of one of the Michigan traditions - 150ish miles in one day or One Day Ride Across Michigan.
