Welcome to my fundraising page. Thanks so much for being here!
I’m excited to support a cause that means a lot to me and to use this run to help give back to our community.
Centre Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM) is Centre County’s only free clinic, providing medical, dental, behavioral health, case management, and medication assistance to uninsured neighbors who live or work in our community. Every dollar raised helps ensure people can access care they might otherwise go without.
If you’re able, I’d be grateful for your support of my run for CVIM. Your donation will help me reach my personal fundraising goal and contribute to our shared goal of raising $25,000 to expand access to care for uninsured individuals and families in Centre County.

Nittany Valley Half-Marathon
First run in 1984 as part of the final Nittany Valley Marathon (NVHM), the NVHM has grown into one of the region’s most beloved road races, welcoming several hundred runners each year. For more than a decade, Centre Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM) has proudly been the race’s beneficiary, connecting the energy of race day with meaningful impact in our community.
CVIM is Centre County’s only free clinic, providing medical, dental, behavioral health, case management, and medication assistance to uninsured Centre County residents. Care is delivered by a dedicated team of volunteer physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, social workers, and other licensed clinicians who generously donate their time to ensure neighbors receive the care they deserve.

Centre Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM) is Centre County’s only free clinic, providing compassionate medical, dental, behavioral health, case management, and medication assistance to nearly 1,100 uninsured and underinsured neighbors each year. Founded in 2003, CVIM is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that everyone in our community has access to the care they need to live healthier lives.
CVIM's work is made possible through the generosity of our community, private donors, corporate partners, foundation grants, fundraising events, and in-kind support from local healthcare and business partners. A dedicated team of 23 staff members works side-by-side with more than 200 volunteers, including physicians, dentists, pharmacists, counselors, interpreters, and administrative support, to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Guided by our mission to serve and advocate for the medically underserved, CVIM works every day to reduce barriers to care, improve health equity, and close access gaps for individuals and families who would otherwise go without. Patients qualify for services based on eligibility guidelines, including household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level, and must be approved in advance for care.
