Hello to all of my family and friends.

I've signed up to participate in this year's ERRACE.org - 100 mile Bike Ride on July 11th.  It will be my 16th.  In addition to the July 11th event, it will be my 15th year of doing an SHT (Stupid Human Trick) fundraiser ride.  My 2026 SHT will be held on Saturday May 30th.  I will ride from my house in central CT to Brattleboro, VT and then turn around and head back home.  I don't have a final route yet, but it should be somewhere between 210-230 miles.  95% of all funds raised for ERRACE.org goes to local programs that benefit patients and/or their caregivers.  Over the years, the Helen and Harry Gray Cancer Center  in Avon has been the major benefactor.  As many of you know, I started doing the annual SHT 15 years ago to honor my sister in law Susan Feld, who had been battling cancer.  Since her passing, I have done it in memory of her.  In addition, I honor over 200 others by wearing a jersey bearing their names, most all provided by past donors of my rides.  As I've said before, I will continue to do this as long as I physically can do it.  Thank you to all who have supported me in the past, either by donating or your wonderful notes and messages.

I hope you'll consider making a donation of any amount to help me reach my fundraising goal of $5,000. You can learn more about this great event at http://errace.org.

Thanks so much for your support!  Hugs and love to you all.
