On September 20, 2025, I'll be back in the saddle for the 9th annual Ride for RAN—a community ride in Chilliwack welcoming cyclists of every level (20 km, 40 km, or 80 km). I'm tackling the full 80k again because I've seen firsthand the incredible impact this organization makes in our community.
Why I ride for Ruth & Naomi's Mission:
As a board member and long-time supporter, I witness daily how RAN transforms lives through practical care and genuine love. Every day, they serve over 300 hot meals, provide 44+ emergency shelter beds, and maintain 59 supportive housing rooms for people transitioning to stable housing. They also offer 36 affordable family apartments where parents and kids can rebuild their lives, plus addiction recovery programs, family services, clothing distribution, a health clinic, and nightly community dinners.
Through my company's IT support partnership with RAN, I see the behind-the-scenes dedication that makes this life-changing work possible. Whether you roll fast or cruise slow, every kilometre we cover sends a clear message of hope to our neighbours facing their toughest moments.
Your gift—large or small—will put food on plates, keep lights on in safe housing, and fund recovery journeys that break cycles of poverty and addiction.
If this mission resonates with you, please click "Donate" and join me on this ride of compassion. Let's turn pedal power into life-changing impact for our community.
Thank you for giving generously!

Ride for RAN
Ride for RAN is in it's 9th year and we couldn't be more excited!
Every dollar raised helps feed, clothe, shelter, and restore those experiencing homelessness, poverty, and addiction. Thank you for helping us walk alongside Chilliwack's most vulnerable through your generosity!
Ruth and Naomi's Mission is a non-profit organization located in downtown Chiliwack, BC. Our annual Ride for RAN is one of our largest fundraisers of the year. We are excited to be heading into the ninth year of this event and are grateful for the many partipants and volunteers that support this event.
