On August 8th, I’ll be running the 5K Run for Recovery hosted by His Mansion Ministries, an addiction recovery nonprofit located in Deering, NH.
His Mansion is an affordable (less than $1,000), year-long residential recovery program for men and women struggling with addiction to drugs, alcohol, sex, and other addictive behaviors. Here, Residents pursue healing and freedom from addictive lifestyles within the context of community. Key features of the program include meaningful work, classes, and weekly counseling.
